Not in love?

Fleur du Mal will accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise initiated within 20 days of your order shipping. Merchandise must show no signs of wear and be accompanied with all original tags. Fleur du Mal will not be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Full priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund, Fleur credit or exchange. Sale items can be returned for Fleur credit or exchange only. Items marked final sale are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items received damaged or dirty will be handled on a case by case basis. Fleur du Mal reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a cleaning or repair fee on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.

To organize your return

You'll receive a return authorization number which must be written on your order sheet and included in the box with your returns.

Ship it, babe

Remember to ship your return within 5 days of receiving your RA number.

Fleur du Mal offers complimentary return shipping for domestic clients. Print and affix your pre-paid return label to your package and ship from any FedEx location. Credit for returned items will be processed to the card used for purchase, refund credit codes will be sent to the email used to make the purchase and are redeemable on fleurdumal.com only. Exchange order swill be released only when returns have been processed.
