Not in love?

Fleur du Mal provides free returns for all US orders. International customers wanting to organize a return for a refund, store credit or exchange must cover return shipping costs.

Fleur du Mal will accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise initiated within 20 days of the receipt of your order shipment notification. Merchandise must show no signs of wear and be accompanied with all original tags.

Full priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund, Fleur credit or exchange. Sale items can be returned for Fleur credit or exchange only. Items marked “Final Sale” are final sale and cannot be returned.  

Le Wand Products, Gerbe Stockings and Bristol 6 Nippies are non-returnable.

Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis. Fleur du Mal reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a repair fee on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.

US Returns

For US orders please click the link to Fleur’s Return Center and enter the order number and zip code associated with your order. Follow the instructions on the returns center home page to receive your free prepaid shipping label.


Instant Gratification

Instead of waiting for your return to be processed, the instant Fleur credit code will allow you to immediately place another order with www.fleurdumal.com. Any balance left on the code within 7 days of our warehouse receiving your return will be refunded back to your original payment method or a permanent credit code depending on your returns eligibility.

If your return qualifies and you prefer a full monetary refund, simply use the prepaid label generated in the following steps to send back your items. Do not use the instant credit code. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund within 7 days of our warehouse receiving.


Ship it, Babe

Remember to ship your return within 7 days of generating your prepaid label or you will be ineligible for a refund and will be charged for any items purchased using the instant refund credit.

Fleur du Mal offers complimentary return shipping for domestic clients. Print and affix your pre-paid return label to your package and ship from any FedEx location. Refund for eligible returned items will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of our warehouse receiving the shipment. Le Private Sale & Private Sale Returns

Fleur du Mal Private Sale items are not eligible for further discount. These items can be returned for Fleur credit or exchange only, no refunds. If you are interested in beginning a return for an item purchased during our Private sale, please reach out to our Client Care team at fleur@fleurdumal.com.
