To ensure perfect bra sizing, you will require a tape measure and full-length mirror. You should measure wearing a well-fitting unpadded bra.
1. Band Size
The band is the area of your bra that sits beneath the breasts. Measure firmly around your rib cage, directly underneath your breasts. The tape measure should be held horizontal around your body and should not drop in the back. Once this measurement is complete, round up to the nearest whole inch. For example, 33 1/2 inches should be rounded to a 34 band.
2. Bust Size
Hold the measuring tape taut and straight, and wrap it around your body to the fullest part of your bust. This is your bust size measurement. Round up to the nearest whole inch if you are between sizes. For example, 35 1/2 inches should be rounded to a 36 bust.
3. Cup Size
To determine your cup size, subtract your band size from your bust size. The resulting difference is your cup size.
Bust Size (2) - Band Size (1) = Cup Size (3)
|Difference||1 Inches||2 Inches||3 Inches||4 Inches|
