Will a signature be required for delivery?


If your cart value is $300 or over, your order will be shipped with a signature requirement. This ensures that your order is insured against theft and damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the address provided at check out they are no longer covered by insurance. FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver your order and will then hold at a location nearby for pick-up. If you require assistance with delivery or would like to request your order be shipped with no signature required, please contact us at fleur@fleurdumal.com prior to your order shipping.
