Wholesale Coordinator

We're looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic Wholesale Coordinator to support the sales team and Director of sales.

  • Manage the Sales market calendar by reaching out to accounts in advance to schedule their appointments as well as send confirmations prior to the date.
  • Assist Sales Team with NY, LA and Paris market coordination and set up.
  • Help to enter, update and check all orders during and after market in JOOR/RLM.
  • Assist the Sales Team with carnet/collection preparation for travel and check in upon return to NYC.
  • Manage and track complete sample collections liaising with PR, Production, and Marketing Teams.
  • Schedule seasonal sales shoots for all direct accounts, create packets with styling direction, coordinate shipment for all paid advertisements.
  • Work with the Sales Team to ensure stores visual needs and press/marketing materials are met – local store visits, communication with our Brand Ambassadors creating and distributing product knowledge packets on a seasonal basis to all buying teams/store managers.
  • Manage weekly selling updates.
  • Using Skypad, pull and analyze by door as well as by style selling reports and look for opportunities for re-orders and swaps.
  • Support EDI order management. Create and update the PO log on a seasonal basis. Work closely with logistics to help support the EDI process and ensure all orders are in RLM correctly. Reach out to accounts if there are errors in the EDI transmission.
  • Support Sales Team in stock movement related to reorders, swaps, transfers, etc.
  • Assist in formatting an ATS report to be sent weekly to Account Managers/Accounts
  • Send bi-monthly shipping updates to all Major accounts as well as for Specialty when requested.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team in managing RTV’s and assist with Customer Service functions for wholesale department.
  • An undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent is merited.
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in retail or wholesale support roles preferred.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency and analytical skills are a requirement. Experience in RLM, JOOR, and Skypad is preferred.
  • Experience and/or keen interest of the fashion industry.
  • Business and results driven individual, with an ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Communicative individual with great social competence.
  • Team player who thrives in a team where work is a collaborative effort among many.
  • Ability to learn and utilize new software quickly and effectively.
  • Detail orientated
  • Minimum 1 year prior experience with sample management/trafficking preferred.
