Senior Web & Data Analyst

Fleur du Mal is seeking a full-time Senior Web & Data Analyst to be a part of our e-commerce & marketing growth story. This is an amazing opportunity for a keen learner to understand the ins and out of the lingerie business. This role will work closely with the marketing and e-commerce team performing various functions, including carrying out trend and data reporting, analyzing online marketing strategies and website visitor behavior and experiences, as well as exploring new business opportunities.



  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics API
  • Expertise with data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Qliks
  • Experience with Marketing Attribution Modeling
  • Strong understanding of the current digital product landscape, paid media advertising and CRM metrics
  • Experience with leading testing tools including Adobe Target, Maxymiser, Monetate or Optimizely
  • Experience with customer data models including LTV reporting, cohort analysis customer segmentation analysis
  • Experience defining requirements and developing applications, reports, analytics tools, and back-end data processing jobs
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) for websites and A/B tests.
  • Ability to work with JavaScript and SQL
  • Advanced Excel modeling, data visualization, and data presentation skills 
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
  • A highly analytical self-starter with the ability to interpret data in a way that leads to actionable strategies


  • Build robust Google Analytic frameworks
  • Implement and monitor tagging for onsite events and paid media advertising
  • Aggregate and ensure data accuracy across all data sources
  • Create detailed e-commerce dashboards to reflect data trends from different data sources (GA, Shopify, Ad platforms etc.) and support the day-to-day functions of the business through detailed reporting
  • Build and maintain forecasting models for digital programs
  • Analyze performance data across different marketing channels
  • Leverage multi-channel attribution models to identify incrementality across marketing tactics
  • Build reporting framework to understand consumer pathways on the site and shopping behavior
  • Assist in marketing tool integrations and own data analytics tools roadmap
  • Assist with various financial and data models for investor presentation, board and leadership presentations / reporting

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Marketing research, or an analytical related field. Master’s degree is a plus
  • Ability to perform quantitative analysis on digital products or digital marketing
  • High level of analytical skills and solid business acumen
  • Great written and oral communication skills, especially when presenting ideas to senior management
  • Ability to stay organized and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Experience in fashion and or lifestyle brands is a plus
