Prices on our website are listed in U.S. dollars. Please review all order information before submitting your order. We do our best to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your merchandise, we give you the option of confirming at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel your order. We do our best to ship complete orders, however if we are unable to complete your order due to stock availability, you will be notified within two business days. You will not be charged for unfulfilled merchandise. Please note that some items displayed on this site have stock that is maintained by alternate vendors. We have noted instances for which stock is filled through a third party vendors; we ask that you allow for extended delivery times and additional customer care in the fulfillment of such products.
shipping & delivery
Fleur du Mal ships domestic and international orders via UPS. You will receive a UPS tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center. Please note that customer signatures are required for standard and priority deliveries. If you prefer to release the signature on your delivery, please select that option at checkout. Purchases cannot be shipped P.O. boxes.
We generally ship our orders within 1-2 business days of order placement.
You may change your shipping address prior to order dispatch, however we cannot change or reroute your shipping address once the package has left our facilities. Please review all order details before submitting, and provide a suitable delivery address for the specified delivery times.
You may change your billing and shipping address, item selection, color or size, provided the order has not yet shipped. We are unfortunately unable to combine orders or add items to existing orders once the order has been placed. Please contact our Customer Care to proceed with any order modifications. Fleur du Mal will accept cancellation requests made within 1 hour of order placement, free of charge. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (646) 613-9660. Cancellations made on or after the date of shipping cannot be made, and you will be charged the full amount for your order. Should you chose to cancel your order, you will not be charged or, if your credit card has already been charged, refunded the purchase price inclusive of taxes. Please note we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we ask that you contact Customer Care at (646) 613-9660.
returns & exchanges
Fleur du Mal will accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be accompanied with all original tags, along with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please see below for detailed information regarding domestic, Canadian and International shipments.
returns & receiving your RA
Fleur du Mal offers complimentary ground/ standard return shipping services for domestic clients. All Fleur du Mal orders require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for return or exchange. To request a RA#, please contact Fleur du Mal Client Services at email@example.com, or +1 (646) 613-9660. A RA# will be issued to you immediately. Please write your RA# on the return slip included with your package. Affix your pre-paid UPS return label to your package and ship from any UPS location. Please include your form and invoice with your return. You will receive an email once your return has been accepted. Credit will be processed to the card used for purchase. Fleur du Mal reserves the right to refuse your return or exchange should these terms not be met.
duties & taxes:
If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. Fleur du Mal is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.

Please note that prices displayed on our Website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) are not included on your Order Summary page. It is the responsibility of the customer to account for taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. On your order, please provide accurate contact information where you may best be reached. If you are shipping outside of the United States on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, all relevant import taxes and duties will be charged at such time as the Product is ready for shipment.The following countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis:
United Arab Emirates
If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected (such as Bermuda or Mexico), product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order. Please look out for this email to ensure timely dispatch of your order.
